Connico provided cost estimating services for the project that included construction of a new electrical vault at the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport.  This project included the following elements:

• 2,800 square foot building
• 0.5-acre site
• Concrete masonry unit wall structures with a steel frame roof
• Regulator relocation and new regulator installation
• Airport lighting control and monitoring system
• Medium voltage power supply and switchgear
• Backup generator
• Low voltage panels
• New fiber communication services
• HVAC system with building automation integration
• Water heating, domestic water and sewer
• Clean agent fire suppression system installation
• Fire alarm system and remote tie-in to the existing system
• New lighting and controls
• Interior lighting, exterior lighting, exit signs and building automation system connection
• Lightning protection
• Access control
• Video surveillance
