Architectural Project / Cost Analyst I

Career Progression:

  • Immediate total immersion in quantity takeoff, estimating, project scheduling, and constructability review
  • Opportunity to manage internal project execution and budgets
  • Actively pursue your Certified Cost Professional (CCP)/Project Management Professional (PMP) licensure or additional applicable certifications i.e., Professional Engineers license (PE)
  • Opportunity to lead and manage pre-construction projects within five years
  • Identify career focus, interests, and direction and the support to achieve those goals
  • Onsite project management opportunities

Skills to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering, architectural engineering technology, building science or similar from an accredited college or university
  • Experience interpreting architectural and structural drawings
  • Microsoft Office experience proficiency necessary
  • Experience with building construction preferred
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Project, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), On-Screen Takeoff, or Sage (Timberline) is a plus
  • Relevant work experience, aviation experience is a plus. Co-op and intern experience is acceptable
  • Security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain
  • Flexible work schedule, including the ability to travel
  • Willingness to work in the field as a construction observer
