Project Details

Connico worked with the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) who is a federally owned public utility corporation to assess TVAs facilities for development of energy conservation measures. The project included the following elements and facilities where Connico provided cost estimates.

  • Murfreesboro Customer Service Center with elements that included shell exterior closures, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, electrical, and building demolition.
  • Columbia Regional Operational and Environmental Office with elements that included fire protection, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Multipurpose Building with elements that included HVAC, electrical, and building demolition.
  • Office Service Warehouse Annex with elements that included HVAC and electrical.
  • Airport Hangar with elements that included HVAC and electrical.
