In honor of Women's History Month, we sat down with several of Connico's female leaders to learn more about their experiences, the women who inspire them, the actions they believe can be taken to advance the successes of women around them, and so much more. 

Our latest spotlight is on Janet Terry, senior marketing specialist. An established marketing professional, Janet joined the Connico team in 2017. Her primary roles include managing marketing-related materials and identifying new projects for Connico to pursue.

For over 30 years, Connico has reviewed the constructability and buildability of projects. Because our staff have spent significant time in the field, we are able to perform these reviews with the perspective of a contractor, giving a unique insight into the risks and challenges the job might face.

Our latest Connico Crew spotlight is on Suraj Gaikwad, CMIT, project analyst II. He joined the Connico team in 2021 with a background in on-site residential and commercial construction supervision as a project engineer.
